Derrick Tiller serves as the Executive Director of the Harbor in Dothan Alabama, overseeing its operations and fostering a love for the community. A devoted husband and father, he finds joy in his role as a family man, cherishing moments with his two children, Peyton and Priest.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Derrick is a dedicated community activist, tirelessly working to address social issues and advocate for positive change. Whether through his work at the Harbor, his entrepreneurial pursuits, or his activism, Derrick remains committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those around him and in the broader community.

Joining the Harbor in June of 2015 has inspired Larry to fulfill the life and mission of Christ not only in this city but in the whole world. Seeing the need of the whole man met through the love of others as well.
Kathy Ghisletta
Director of Administration Ministry
Kathy became involved with The Harbor in the spring of 2017, volunteering in various spiritual and administrative capacities. As her love for The Harbor grew she joined the staff, full time, in June of 2019. She has become the "face" of The Harbor and chances are, if you have visited or volunteered at The Harbor, you have gotten to know her.
