Harbor Ministry to the Community:

Non-perishable food items given: 101,250 pounds through the Harbor's family bags and "two meal" bags for individuals, given out Saturdays for community day, daily for those dropping by, and at Harbor Lighthouse Sites (Mobile Provision Sites)

Hygiene Items: 60,000 items: soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste, toilet paper, razors, shaving creme, bug spray, sun screen, diapers, baby food, etc

Clothing: 56,875 items of clothing, shoes, blankets, coats and more for men, women, children

Showers: 680 showers for the community

Laundry: 700 loads of laundry for the community

Hot Meals: 395 Hot meal times serving 36,000+ people

Grow Hope Farms at The Harbor: Offering fresh produce to the community for FREE

Street Ministry: 330 two (plus) hour street ministry times, navigating the down town neighborhoods of Dothan ministering to the community and bringing Christ's love and basic assistance for families and
individuals

LightHouse Ministry: 80 mobile provision units and teams heading to areas further than walking distance to the Harbor, offering life-saving food and provision to those in need, and sharing the amazing love of Christ and His eternal Gospel-Saving message

Children's Ministry Times: 72 children's ministry times during worship services, with exceptional key weekly volunteers leading and the collaboration from dozens of church leaders to share the Gospel and develop the future generation.

Kids Clubs: 84 Mobile VBS times, meeting at bus stops, homes, and neighborhood areas, reaching children and youth in our community. We collaborate with multiple ministries, the Dothan Housing Authority, and churches, to share the Gospel and reach the future neighborhood for Christ.

SEACH Case Work: Three times weekly, Volunteer Case workers of SEACH (Southeast Alabama Coalition of the Homeless) and the Harbor team together at the Harbor to work specifically as a drop by service to those in need, navigating housing needs, employment needs, financial needs, health needs and much more. In 2019 we worked with over 400 people navigating life, getting jobs, into transitional living, motels, housing, helping with at-need, and setting up case plans for the future.

Hurricane Michael Disaster Relief: The Harbor has helped dozens of families and individuals displaced by Hurricane Michael, with housing, new employment, transportation, and assimilation into a new community after leaving behind all they have had.

Warming Stations to the Community: When temperatures drop below 28 degrees, the Harbor opens as a safe and warm station for the night for those homeless and un/under sheltered.

Coordinating the Spring and Fall 2019 SEACH Homeless Connect: Over 300 volunteers from the community joined the 2019 SEACH (Southeast Alabama Coalition of the Homeless) Homeless Spring (April 2019) and Fall (November 2019) Connect. Packaging goods, provision, food, tents, stoves, propane, shoes, coats, and so much more, and then transporting and bringing those life-saving supplies to 13 area homeless camp/communities, as well as numerous who live homeless in the downtown Dothan area. The connects were able to personally serve 286 homeless individuals this year.

Harbor Life Transitional Housing Program: In 2019, 33 people who were living a homeless and unsheltered life were able to enter the Harbor life program, gain housing, as well as transition through gaining employment in the community, and leadership and spiritual training at the Harbor.

Wired 2019: Incredible students from the Wiregrass area, forming evangelism, construction, and social teams, serving at the Harbor and through the neighborhoods of Dothan as part of such a powerful week

Youth Inner-City Mission Trips: Students spending days and nights at the Harbor, serving and ministering throughout the community, growing in their awareness of local missions and inner-city ministry, and doing
community-wife events for children
