Public drop off times are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm and Saturdays 7 am to 10:30 am & 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Please go to the front door of the Harbor at 320 North Foster Street.
